INFORMATION
"The purpose of this association is to choose public school state champions for the Fall and Spring rowing seasons. Secondary purpose is to promote rowing as a scholastic sport in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and to support the development of rowers who attend public school by encouraging the growth of rowing programs throughout the state’s public school system." - Procedural Rules
